St Patrick’s Day

The one day when everyone can claim to be Irish, St. Patrick’s day celebrates the patron saint of Ireland with eating, drinking and parades. Drinking Irish beer, and eating traditional Irish foods such as Irish stew, corned beef and cabbage and almost anything colored green are in order. So are drinking Irish coffee and eating desserts made with Irish stout or Bailey’s Irish cream, such as Guinness ice cream, Guinness chocolate cake or Irish cream cheesecake.
