Mother’s Day

All over the world mothers are celebrated on Mother’s Day and in the United States the holiday falls on the second Sunday in May. Making mom brunch, or serving her breakfast in bed is a very traditional way of celebrating the day. How about something sweet for mom? French toast, waffles and berries or homemade pancakes are sure to be appreciated. A mimosa is the perfect brunch beverage; simply combine orange juice and sparkling wine for a fizzy fruity morning refresher.
