Cookies

What would a brown-bag lunch be with out a cookie? We don’t even want to imagine it. Named after the Dutch koekje, meaning little cake, they are called biscotti in Italy and biscuits in Great Britain, but Americans are by far the biggest bakers and consumers of cookies in the world. There are six basic types of cookies: drop cookies, bar cookies, pressed cookies, rolled cookies, slice-and-bake cookies, and hand-formed cookies.and we love them all.
