Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo marks the victory of the Mexican Army over the French at the Battle of Puebla. It is not Mexican Independence Day, but a great day for parades, mariachi music and plenty of Mexican food. Why not throw a party? Margaritas will go great with guacamole and chips, tacos, enchiladas, chicken mole and some cool ceviche. For dessert, flan or coffee liqueur and cream are creamy and delicious.
