Cheese

It’s no wonder they put cheese in mousetraps. It’s incredibly hard to resist. Cheese is typically made from cow.s, goat.s, or sheep’s milk and involves separating milk into solid curds and liquid whey. There are hundreds of types of cheese, made all over the world. When putting together a cheese plate, try to vary the ages, styles, and flavors of the cheeses. Condiments to serve with cheese include fruit, nuts, honey, and chutney. And don’t forget a sliced baguette or crackers.
