Breakfast

Often referred to as the most important meal of the day, breakfast literally does “break the fast” that happens when we sleep. Breakfast foods vary the world over; in the U.S. eggs, pancakes, cereal, French toast, bagels, and pastries are all common along with a cup of coffee or tea. Breakfast meats include bacon, sausages, and corned-beef hash. Smoothies and breakfast bars are convenient for those who can’t make time for something more traditional, as is cold pizza.
