Blueberries

It’s no wonder Fats Domino found his thrill on Blueberry Hill. Often called a superfood, blueberries are bursting with antioxidants. For proper storage, a general rule of thumb is to keep ripe blueberries in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze them for up to a year.
