America has many regions famous for barbeque. In Texas, barbeque means beef, but in most parts of the South, it’s got to be pork. There are possibly as many kinds of barbeque sauces as there are styles of barbeque, including mustard, vinegar, and tomato. In other parts of the world, barbeque is popular too – there’s Mongolian barbeque, Korean barbeque, and Caribbean barbeque, also known as jerk, which uses a dry rub of spices.
