Artichoke Dip

We’re not sure you can throw a Super Bowl party without serving an artichoke dip. This all-American classic is usually made with artichoke hearts, cheese, mayonnaise, and sometimes spinach, but there are many variations. Traditionally it.s served with crackers, carrot sticks, or a sliced baguette. For an elegant version, try adding crab to the dip and serving it in a fondue pot along with Belgian endive leaves.
