Anthony Bourdain

Once the bad boy of the culinary scene, Anthony Bourdain graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and was the Executive Chef of Les Halles restaurant in New York before leaving it behind for a life as a television personality. He is the host of "A Cook’s Tour" on the Food Network, and "No Reservations" on the Travel Channel. Both shows feature food, travel, and sometimes, daredevil stunts. His books include, Kitchen Confidential, No Reservations, A Cook’s Tour, and The Nasty Bits.
