American Independence Day is July 4th and a great excuse for a party or barbeque! In July the weather is usually good and so everything associated with the holiday seems to take place out of doors from parades to picnics to fireworks. All American favorites like watermelon, homemade ice cream, hot dogs and potato salad make this a day off everyone looks forward to.
