Crepes

Crepes, or thin pancakes, can be served flat, rolled, or stacked into a cake. In addition to French varieties made with wheat or buckwheat flour and served with a sweet or savory filling, savory crepes are also found in Asia. In India crispy crepes are called dosas, and in Vietnam they are made with rice flour and called banh xeo. A nonstick pan makes preparing crepes a breeze.
