Chocolate

You probably know that chocolate dates back to the Aztecs of Mexico. In fact the word chocolate is derived from the Nahuatl word xocolat, which is a combination of xocolli, meaning bitter, and atl, which is water. Originally it was thought that chocolate was a bitter drink, reserved for royalty. Today’s chocolate is not only delicious but filled with antioxidants too. While chocolate comes in white, milk, and dark varieties, it is the dark or bittersweet that connoisseurs.and health professionals – prize the most.
