Blueberries

It’s no wonder Fats Domino found his thrill on Blueberry Hill. Often called a superfood, blueberries are bursting with antioxidants. Native to North America, they are most commonly found at the breakfast table in cold cereal, in muffins or pancakes or in jam on toast. For proper storage, a general rule of thumb is to keep ripe blueberries in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze them for up to a year.
