Ive been obsessed with makeup since I was about 11 years old. Bright eyes were THE thing on the S/S runways, and why not? It adds to the eccentricity of the season and the neutral-than-neon pattern. In are beige and gray handbags, tons of white and semi-structured separates. So why not contrast the plain with color? All of this said, wearing bright shadow or eyeliner is a lot easier in theory.
