A wedding orchestrated by Sofia Crokos is anything but a cookie-cutter affair. What's always in your refrigerator?
I cannot live without Greek yogurt. Sometimes I have it twice a day—in the morning with berries and in the afternoon with honey. Also cheese—Parmigiano Reggiano, cheddar, and Spanish Cabrales—wine—Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc or La Crema chardonnay—and Greek kalamata olives.
What's your favorite thing to whip up when entertaining last-minute guests?
Spicy lemongrass chicken over jasmine rice.
