Imagine an elegant table for two set in an illuminated pool with some of the most spectacular scenes from Arizona’s Sonoran Desert creeping out through the night’s sky. Guests must be prepared to get their feet wet as the table, chairs, and servers are immersed in the hotel’s Turquesa Pool. Diners are asked to check their shoes upon arrival and are urged to wear shorts or knee length pants for the special occasion. A customized three-course meal is served by wading waiters; dessert is personally delivered by a chef wearing the aquatic version of chef’s whites.
